Standard 3-4 month program
- Online via your internal platform.
- Bi-weekly sessions of 45-60 minutes to improve your mind-body connection, develop healthy habits and a more collaborative workplace.
- Every session focuses on a new topic & stress hack: Easy everyday wellbeing routines, conscious planification (deep work), sleep hygiene, digital detox, concentration, how to enhance focus, listening skills, team collaboration, leadership and gratitude - culture of recognition.
- Recommended: 12 pax per session to allow the interaction of everyone.

Divided into 5 parts, this workshop explores the fundamentals of wellbeing in a fun and interactive way and gives your team a variety of tools to integrate right away:
- Dynamic welcome exercise to settle in & connect.
- Science-based background: Health & wellbeing; Our nervous system; Stress vs. anxiety vs. burnout; The impact of breathing, posture and our senses on our memory, focus, balance. And more.
- Slow but powerful movement: Exercises to release tension, “reset” in moments of stress and mindfulness practice.
- Reflection & Introspection: You can choose from a variety of topics.
- The session closes with a calming breathing and meditation practice to end on a grounded note.
Teambuilding event
- Completely customized according to your idea, the group’s size & interest and location. We've accompanied teams of 60 people to full day or several days of offsite events, including multi-level Yoga classes in the morning and Wellbeing workshops and activities during the day.
